ALIGN YOUR SOUL WITH YOUR GOALS TO ELEVATE AND CREATE

There is no greater time to be alive, we are rich with opportunity and abundance; at no point in history has there been more technology, resources, careers, and ways to experience this life. As we transition into a new decade and a new year, it is time to elevate and create. 

While external factors and environment can have a strong influence on your reality, the number one component that has an impact on your experience and outcome is YOU: your soul and perspective. How can we elevate and create your dreams into reality? 

TAKE THE OPPORTUNITY EACH DAY TO INVEST IN YOURSELF

All too often you hear, “I’m too busy” or “I do not have time.” Ultimately, it is where you put your priorities. Eliminate the distractions! Phones can be an asset in our daily lives, but they also disconnect us from ourselves and those immediately around us. Be conscious, take the time to leave the digital distraction for an hour in your car. Go read, meditate, write, be fully present in a conversation, or whatever may increase your frequency. Make this a habit! If you think you do not have time, make the time. Stay up an hour later, get up an hour earlier. There are 24 hours in a day, everyday... Weird, right?! Optimize and use this precious time to invest in yourself!  

BE GRATEFUL, EVERY DAMN DAY

Being grateful can immensely increase your frequency and your happiness. This one is so simple, but yet, can get pushed to the side so easily. Before you head to bed, step off the ‘gram or Facebook, and take the time to write down in your journal or even the notes on your phone everything you are grateful for each day. EVERYTHING IS AN ENERGY EXCHANGE

The world is made up of two things, energy and matter. Every single thing holds energy and when we increase our awareness, we understand that any encounter and exchange is the transfer of energy! Have you ever talked to an amazing human and walk away from the conversation feeling uplifted and transformed? Energy exchange. Get into a verbal disagreement and feel depleted? Metabolize, re-frame, and release (Thanks, Robyn Openshaw in the book, Vibe). Recognize the situation, digest it, take a second to evaluate your response, and release in the highest way possible. Recognize your frequency. How are you giving your energy to others? Are you radiating with light and leaving others in that uplifting feeling? Are you depleting others? Be the light and shine on to elevate the energy in this world. 

BE AWARE OF YOUR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL DIALOGUE

How do you talk to yourself? How do you talk to others? Do you find yourself fully listening and indulging in a transformational conversation and not transactional? How about your thoughts? Are you encouraging yourself with confidence? Are you giving yourself positive thoughts and desires? Recognize, adjust, and increase your internal dialogue to elevate your frequency and happiness. 

SURROUND YOURSELF WITH INDIVIDUALS THAT ELEVATE

This is a conscious decision and can be difficult as some of our closest friends and family may not elevate you. But, have you had a conversation with someone and they are downright supportive, uplifting, and you walk away just thinking, wow, I really enjoyed them today. Recognize those individuals and groups that positively transform your soul and your heart and appreciate them. Look inside yourself, be that person. Give the energetic exchange to that person in the most uplifting and wonderful way! 

ANYTHING YOU THINK OR SPEAK WILL COME INTO EXSISTENCE

Linking together many of the above concepts, your thoughts and words will drastically determine your outcome. Manifest NOW. You better frigging believe that you are in charge of your destiny. Your mind and heart are the roots of your external reality, so be positive, encourage yourself, and create your dreams into reality.
